Los compuestos de las partidas 2930 y 2931 son compuestos orgánicos cuya molécula contiene, además de átomos de hidrógeno, oxígeno o nitrógeno, átomos de otros elementos no metálicos o de metales, tales como azufre, arsénico o plomo, directamente unidos al carbono.

Por tanto,  los efectos de ganancia muscular y fuerza son sustanciales a la dosis; se ha observado que la administración de dosis suprafisiológicas de testosterona está asociada a varios efectos adversos como eritrocitosis,  edema de piernas y problemas de la próstata (12). La suplementación con testosterona aumenta la masa muscular esquelética y la fuerza en hombres sanos con déficit de andrógenos (3,4), eugonadicos jóvenes (5,6), personas mayores (7) y personas con otros trastornos crónicos (8,9). La creatina es un ácido orgánico formado por la arginina, glicina y metionina, que se produce naturalmente en el hígado y que se almacena en las células musculares para reponer los niveles de ATP.

La dosis habitual suele iniciarse con 25mg cada 2 días incrementando 25mg cada semana hasta dosis de 100mg 2 veces a la semana. La dosis de hCG suele ser de one thousand a 3000UI 2 o three veces a la semana. También pueden recuperar la espermatogénesis una combinación de un modulador selectivo del receptor estrogénico SERM, gonadotropina coriónica, inhibidor de aromatasa y hormona foliculoestimulante recombinante52. Un estudio más reciente en población similar sitúa la cifra en un 36,2%23. Antes de su prohibición para las Olimpiadas de Montreal en 1976, el 68% de los atletas corredores de corta y larga distancia a los que se les preguntó en la Olimpiada de Múnich de 1972 reconocieron haberse preparado con anabolizantes y, en otra investigación, todos los levantadores de pesas17. Desde hace más de 6000 años, los granjeros conocen que la castración de los animales facilita su domesticación7.

Para la aplicación de la partida 2929, los grupos nitrados o nitrosados no deben considerarse “funciones nitrogenadas”. En las partidas 2904 a 2906, 2908 a 2911 y 2913 a 2920, cualquier referencia a los derivados halogenados, sulfonados, nitrados o nitrosados, se aplica también a los derivados mixtos, tales como los sulfohalogenados, nitrohalogenados, nitrosulfonados o nitrosulfohalogenados. K) los elementos de óptica, por ejemplo, los de tartrato de etilendiamina (partida 9001). F) los productos radiactivos residuales aunque no sean utilizables. Salvo disposición en contrario, las sales dobles o complejas se clasifican en la partida 2842.

En el caso de situaciones en que el grado de caquexia sea extremo, como por ejemplo carcinoma avanzado de mama u órganos genitales en la mujer, se puede realizar un tratamiento continuo con 1 ampolla de Primobolan Depot intramuscular. Cada 1-2 semanas o 2 ampollas de Primobolan Depot intramuscular cada 2-3 semanas. La ginecomastia o aumento de tamaño de la glándula mamaria en el varón es un signo clínico consistente en la proliferación del componente glandular de la mama masculina. En la glándula mamaria, los andrógenos inhiben la proliferación del tejido fibroglandular, mientras que los estrógenos la estimulan. Además, el hiperestrogenismo estimula la síntesis de SHBG, con el consiguiente incremento de la ligazón de andrógenos a esta globulina. En los varones con hipogonadismo severo, el tratamiento sustitutivo con andrógenos mejora los resultados del registro de la tumescencia peneana nocturna, así como las erecciones evocadas por los estímulos eróticos42.

Las características de utilización de los esteroides anabolizantes impiden disponer de estudios amplios de prevalencia de sus efectos secundarios, pero el creciente conocimiento de este tema reafirma las negativas consecuencias de su utilización que se manifiestan en la mayor parte de órganos y sistemas corporales. Es inevitable exponer los efectos secundarios de estas sustancias, que se hace de forma resumida indicando las más importantes (14). En el aparato cardiovascular, los efectos secundarios, bien reconocidos y que causan gran preocupación, son la cardiopatía isquémica (angina de pecho, infarto de miocardio), las dislipemias (aumento del colesterol y/o triglicéridos) y las miocardiopatías.
